From today, August 7 – tomorrow, Aug 8, a Typhoon will be hitting this part of Japan. We expect heavy rains, strong winds, and lightning. There will be a risk of flooding, rivers overflowing their banks, and landslides/mudslides.
We ask you to stay indoors as much as possible. Please ask others for advice and information, act wisely and stay away from potentially dangerous areas like rivers and mountains.
